Each tenant is allocated a page on the site, containing location map, unit picture and a section they can self-adminsiter of their own company details. Those that have web sites can cross-link. Every company is promoted via search engine tags.

There are 2 fully-automated email communication channels;

- News items including job vacancies which are emailed to all users and any visitors who have registered. Authorised users can log in and create news items, which are approved and published by the estate office.

- Message board allowing authorised estate users to communicate in private.

The site administrators can fully access the setup of companies, units and authorised users, and have editorial control over all site content.
