Each tenant is allocated a page on the site, containing location map, unit picture and a section they can self-adminsiter of their own company details. Those that have web sites can cross-link. Every company is promoted via search engine tags.

The Message board is a fully-automated email communication channel allowing authorised estate users to communicate in private.

The site administrators can fully access the setup of companies, units and authorised users, and have editorial control over all site content.
